About the Writer
Margaret E Williams
BA, LTCL, LRSM, Dip Tchg

Margaret is a retired secondary music adviser with over 40 years experience in the classroom. She has taught in a wide variety of schools, both in New Zealand and in the UK. Since retiring, she has maintained an active role in music education as a music relief teacher and as a private consultant. All resources have been written and researched by her and have been trialled in the classroom.

She has participated in various review panels and was the lead writer in the New Zealand 2009 NCEA standards review and curriculum alignment. She was also involved in the exemplar writing process for the 2009 NCEA standards review. She is currently still involved in exemplar writing.

She chairs the Northland regional ‘The Big Sing’ committee and is Musical Director of a community choir, ‘Consortium’ for whom she arranges music.

How can I purchase the resources?
Because the power point files have audio (and occasionally video) files that cannot be embedded, but instead must be kept in the same folder as the power point presentation, they cannot be downloaded. They will be mailed to purchasers on a CD. They will be dispatched within five working days, but please allow time for them to be delivered. Some smaller resources can be sent electronically.

Orders from New Zealand schools will be dispatched on receipt of an official school order.

For private purchasers, please make arrangements to transfer money prior to dispatch.
